Under the WHO ICOPE framework, intrinsic capacity (intrinsic capacity) is assessed across five domains. Each domain: 0 preserved · 1 mild decline · 2 marked decline.
Frailty — Fried phenotype, 0–5
Weight loss and fatigue are not counted twice. Select them below only if they were not selected in the vitality section.
Activities of daily living (ADL)
Is help needed for bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring or eating?
Systems involved (stage C and above)
Indicate which systems may be associated with decline. More than one may be selected; vascular findings are considered alongside other systems.
