a) Data controller

As VascularVita Medikal Hizmetler ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Company”), we process your personal data as data controller within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and related legislation.

b) Personal data processed

When you use our contact channels, your name-surname, phone number, email address, communication content and other information you share may be processed.

c) Purposes and legal bases

Your personal data are processed to meet product and service requests, to conduct partnership and distributorship processes, to communicate, to fulfil legal obligations, and to establish, exercise or protect a right.

These processing activities may rely on the legal bases in Article 5 of the KVKK, including explicit provision in laws, necessity for concluding or performing a contract, the data controller’s legal obligation, establishment/exercise/protection of a right, and legitimate interest provided that fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

d) Transfer of personal data

As a rule, personal data are not transferred to third parties. They may be shared with competent public authorities where required by law or upon duly made requests. Transfers to suppliers providing website and email infrastructure are carried out in line with purpose limitation and data security principles.

e) Transfer abroad

Where infrastructure or online software services located abroad are used, personal data may be transferred subject to Article 9 of the KVKK and related secondary regulations.

f) Method of collection

Personal data are obtained through website contact and application forms, email, phone and other channels you use, by automated or non-automated means.

g) Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may learn whether your personal data are processed; request information if processed; learn the purpose and whether use is consistent with the purpose; know third parties to whom data are transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction when conditions are met; and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

You may submit your request via the data subject request form, in writing to our İzmir address, or by email to info@vascularvita.com. Additional information may be requested through a secure channel for identity verification.

h) Retention period

Personal data are retained for the period required by the processing purpose and any mandatory retention periods in legislation. When those periods end, data are deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the law.

i) Changes and updates

This privacy notice may be updated according to changes in legislation or the Company’s personal data processing processes. The current text is published on this page.
